These Terms of Service govern the use of the Rivela mobile application and related website, including Rivela Pro access and payment processing.
1. Service description
Rivela is a mobile application and related website intended for private cycle tracking, daily logs, symptom tracking, mood, energy, sleep, notes, basal temperature tracking, analytics, and informational insights based on user-entered data.

3. Informational nature of the app
Rivela is not a medical device and does not provide diagnosis, treatment, contraception, or medical recommendations. Cycle predictions, fertile window calculations, ovulation estimates, pattern summaries, and wellbeing forecasts are informational only.
4. Rivela Pro access
Some features of the app are available through Rivela Pro. The available plans, pricing, and feature scope are shown inside the app and on this website. Access is provided for the purchased period after successful payment confirmation.
5. Payments
Payments for Rivela Pro are processed through Robokassa. Payment card details are entered on the payment provider’s secure page and are not stored by Rivela. The user may be offered a bank card, Faster Payments System, or other available methods supported by the payment provider.
6. Activation and delivery
Rivela Pro access is activated after successful payment confirmation. The service is delivered electronically. No physical goods are shipped.
7. Refunds
If Pro access was not activated because of a technical issue, if a duplicate or mistaken payment occurred, or if another payment issue requires review, the user may contact support at developer@rivela.ru. Refund requests are reviewed within 10 business days.
8. User responsibility
The user is responsible for the security of their device, PIN code, biometric settings, backup password, exported files, and any email account used for support or payment confirmation.
9. Intellectual property
The software code, brand name, interface design, content, graphics, and related materials of Rivela belong to the rights holder or are used on lawful grounds. Unauthorized copying, decompilation, redistribution, or brand misuse is not allowed.

Questions about the app, website, payment, or access can be sent to developer@rivela.ru. Continued use of Rivela after an updated version of these terms is published means acceptance of the current version.
